Payment, Privacy and Security Policy
Payment availability, amounts due, currencies and protection of customer information.
1. Current methods
Online card payment is not active. The current form accepts cash reservation requests and does not charge a card or bank account. A bank application must be completed and the actual integration enabled before a new method becomes available.
Any future card checkout will disclose full or partial payment, the amount and collection currency before payment. Displaying a bank logo alone is not evidence of an active integration or bank approval.
2. Price display and collection currency
Current fares are calculated in EUR. Other displayed currencies are conversions using the available exchange-rate data. The advance summary separately shows the EUR amount and vehicle balance. Collection in another currency requires agreement on the rate and amount.
Selecting a display currency does not establish bank authorisation to charge it. Future card checkout must specify the actual payment currency and amount. Your card issuer may apply conversion and fees if your account currency differs.
Final totals are rounded to whole units: a fractional amount of 0.50 or less rounds down, and above 0.50 rounds up. EUR 50.50 becomes EUR 50; EUR 50.51 becomes EUR 51. The final booked EUR amount is separately disclosed.
3. Prepayments and balance
Without prepayment the unpaid confirmed total is collected in the vehicle. An expressly agreed payment actually received is deducted; only the balance remains. Fully paid service is not charged again.
Undisclosed extras or waiting charges are not authorised. Cancellation and no-show consequences are explained separately according to payment status.
4. Card and account security
The current site has no checkout field collecting card number, expiry or CVV. Do not send them in notes, email, telephone or WhatsApp. Never share bank passwords or one-time bank codes with staff.
Membership passwords use protected hashes. Sessions, access controls and abuse limits are implemented. HTTPS helps protect transmission; no online system can promise absolute security.
5. Suspicious requests
Verify unfamiliar payment notices, suspicious links or duplicate-payment requests through booking@mubertravel.com or +90 530 186 85 58 before acting. Contact your card issuer promptly if card security is in doubt.
Only necessary, proportionate details should be supplied for investigation. Avoid unnecessary identity copies or sensitive documents. Keep the reference used to trace your request.
6. Related notices
The personal-data notice explains processing and rights; the cookie policy explains browser technologies. Agreement acceptance does not give optional analytics or advertising consent. Analytics choices are separate.
